Anti-theft lock: The Company Bellini will supply every hired vehicle with a lock to be used the parked.
Damages to the vehicle: the customer is obliged to refund the Company in the case of damages caused to the vehicle by his own negligence, imprudence,lack of skill or by his own responsability. In case of accident or failure, it is absolutely forbidden to ask for the invention of personnel not authorized by the company Bellini, as well as making unauthorized workshops effect any repair.
The customer, will pay to Bellini any eventual fines, penalties, judgement expenses or other, imposed on Bellini by the law, derived from the use of the vehicle during the period of hire. The eventual damages caused to the vehicle and the eventual fines and penalties will be charged to the trasgressor on credit n.............................................................expiring n.

For those not in possession of a credit card the management reserves the right to ask the customer to leave an identity document by the company for the whole period of the hire. The customer will reveive the document back,at the end of the hire, after payment to the Company Bellini of the above mentioned damages, fines or penalties.
Substitute vehicle:the Company Bellini reserves the right,in his unquestionable, to give a substitute vehicle in case of theft,fire,failure or serious damages to the hired vehicle.In the above cases,the customer must immediately contact the Company Bellini at the following numbers:0577/94o2o1 - Mobile 348/4125488 - 348/8273156-4-5.
Renturn of the vehicle.tolerance for the return of the vehicle is 30 minutes,after which one more day of hire will be charged. And the client will be chaeged for any damage caused to Bellini Rental.
It is considered a day of hire when a vehicle is picked up after up after 9 AM and returned by 8 PM the same day.
In case of cession of the vehicle to third party,the costumer will be totally responsible.
The management reserves the right to deny the hire of vehicles if the required qualifications cannot be given.
Eventual controversies will be handled exclusively by Court of Siena.
At the moment of the delivery of the vehicle,the customer must sign this form,accepting with the signature all provision and relieving the company Bellini from any responsability for any damage he might cause to people, properties or to himself.
