Get ready for a unique and engaging cooking class, which will take place in a wonderful facility, right in the middle of the Tuscan Chianti. You will be provided with an apron with the Chianti Classico logo, some gadgets and all the recipes of the cooking class.

This experience will take place in a selected and recommended winery; we are sure that you will be truly amazed by the view you can reach from here. First, you will be greeted by a wine expert, who will guide you through the visit of the vineyards and the cellar. You will also have the opportunity to taste some top notch wine.

The Chef will guide you through the different stages of preparing meals using only Tuscan raw foods materials. The selected recipes include: pasta (ravioli, tagliatelle,…), pizza Margherita and Tiramisù dessert. Before eating, you will be educated on extra-virgin olive oil, truffle oil and the two balsamic vinegars, as well as the 5 different types of wine to combine with what you have prepared: all of these are produced on this same estate!

After lunch, another wonderful experience awaits you: a selected winery tour and wine tasting in the heart of the Chianti Classico. You will be amazed by the beauty of the cellar and terrace here! The wines will also be truly delicious, appreciated by both connoisseurs and occasional tasters.
