Today is really a special day for your whole family and friends. Not only you will be driven to discover two of the most important attractions you can find in Tuscany, but you will be accompanied to discover a modern classic in the chocolate manufacturers realm: the Amedei factory, true pride of our region.
The philosophy of this factory relates to an endless research on perfection and excellence, which reside in the full control of the production process, from raw ingredients to tasting. This tour will allow you to follow yourselves the various processes of the chocolate making, by means of an explanatory video and chocolate tasting.
Later on you will have the chance to visit what we find to be an extraordinary gem among the main historical Tuscan towns, which is Lucca. You will surely enjoy the number of sweet spots within the awesome center of the town. You will also have a delicious lunch there.
This tour shouldn’t have a proper end if not with the exploration of one of the most magical places in Tuscany: the famous Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa, where the leaning tower is located. This is one of the most attractive sites in the world: let you be surrounded by the charm of this space.
Your Itinerary
- You will be driven to the Amedei chocolate factory for an exquisite tour and tasting. You will walk through the whole production process, from the beans to the grains of cocoa and from the refinement of the mixture right through the processing of chocolate
- Visit of Lucca, where you will have lunch. You will have the opportunity to discover this beautiful medieval town in all its charm, from the gothic Duomo to the peculiar Torre Guinigi, to the pleasing Anfiteatro Square
- Arrival in Pisa where you can spend 40 minutes to explore the renown Piazza dei Miracoli, before heading back to your accommodation
You will have our English speaking driver and recent and comfortable Mercedes minivan – 7 or 8 passengers plus driver – at your disposal for the entire duration of the tour. All of our vehicles are full optional, also comprehensive of bottles of cold water and WiFi connection.
